💡 Manage your collections
In NuoForm, a collection is a central workspace that helps you organize and manage your work by grouping related seasons together. Within a collection, you can create and track multiple seasons, each with its own models, files, and production-related information—making it easier to collaborate, maintain version control, and streamline your workflow across different timelines.
✨ Create a new collection
To create a new collection, navigate to the collections page. In the top right corner, you will find a “New collection” button. Clicking this will open a dialog where you can enter a name and description for your new collection, getting you started in just a few clicks.

⚙️ Manage a single collection
Once you open a collection, you can manage all aspects of it.
The Season Board
On this screen, you’ll see a visual overview of each season within the selected collection. Each season is organized into a simple and intuitive board with three columns: To do, In Progress, and Done. This layout allows you to easily manage and track the status of your models throughout the development process. You can add new models, move them between stages by dragging and dropping, and view key details like deadlines, creation dates, and progress at a glance—all in one place.
Add a model to your season
Clicking the “Add model” button lets you either create a brand-new model by entering a name or copy an existing one from another season or collection. This flexibility makes it easy to reuse previous work and streamline your sample development process.
Edit collection details
To change the name or other details of your collection, look for an edit or settings icon on the collection’s page. This allows you to keep your collection information up-to-date as your project evolves.
Delete a collection
If a collection is no longer needed, you can delete it. This action is usually found within the collection’s settings and is permanent, so be sure you want to remove the collection and all its contents.
